An inspection here is arranged, never carried out. PresalePipe is operated by NXTA Flow, and everything it states about what an inspection covers is quoted out of the two published standards of practice rather than summarized from memory.

What PresalePipe does
PresalePipe connects homeowners and buyers with independent contractors for plumbing work around a sale — the questions a home inspection is not required to answer, and the repairs one reports. We carry out no inspections and no work.
Who pays, and when
The contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call. Homeowners are never charged anything, and we do not set or see the price you are quoted.
Where the turnover figures come from
Everything on this site about what an inspection does and does not cover comes from two published standards of practice — InterNACHI’s and ASHI’s — named and linked on every page that relies on them. The turnover figures are the US Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, table B25038, 2023 release.
We are not affiliated with either standards body and do not speak for them. We quote what they publish.

What we do not publish
No inspection price, no sewer survey price, no repair price, and no remaining service life for anything. Those figures circulate widely and none of the sources here publishes a defensible one.
Credentials
Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands. We do not vouch for anyone; each state page sets out who issues the license there and where to look it up.
Inspection report in front of you?Read us the plumbing lines and nothing else — we do not want the document. We will route you to a contractor covering your area who can quote the items on it, and you are never charged by us. Inspections are the theme here; calls of every kind are routed.
