A buyer calling about a defect an inspector found is in the middle of a negotiation. So, differently, is a seller getting something fixed before the listing goes up. Either one would be worse off if the fact of the call traveled.

It does not. We do not contact the other party, their agent, the listing agent, the inspector or the lender, and we do not confirm to anyone that a particular property was ever the subject of a call. If a person on the other side of your transaction telephones this number, they get the same service you did and learn nothing about you.

An inspection report is a detailed private document about somebody else’s house, usually written for one client. We do not ask for a copy, we have no way to receive one, and we would rather you read the plumbing section aloud than send it.

What a contractor needs from it is which item is being quoted. That is one line, not forty pages.

A routing platform notes the number that dialed, when, for how long, and the general area, so the call can reach somebody who works there. Property addresses are not part of that record and there is no form on this site to put one into.
